    • Speed Limit Signs: Pat got a hold of someone who strongly discouraged the HOA from erecting any of our own speed limit signs in the right of way. They pointed Pat in direction of Traffic & Engineering, which is actually the entity responsible for speed limit signs. So Pat took photos of straightaways and lack of speed limit signs and began submitting requests. After several submissions, he got an email from a representative in the Department with whom he later spoke. They discussed the lack of signs, and Pat was told the Department would conduct an area analysis that would take 4 to 6 weeks.
