How can I get a copy of my account statement showing that my HOA dues have been paid?

There have been quite a few homes sold over the past year, and I’ve tried a couple of times to find someone in the directory but they aren’t listed. I’m wondering when the directory on here will be updated. Thank you. Janice Barbee
