Hopefully I won’t have to wait until another Board Meeting to get approval. Work is tentatively scheduled for late July.

I have sent the fence proposal to the Board and twice to Chris Lamattina whom I understand is the contact for the Architectural Committee. I still haven’t heard anything. I am going to assume that our split rail fence is approved. Work begins mid-August. It there are any objections, I can be reached at 805-646-8051.
